New York World's Fair Anniversary, April 1964
On April 22, 1964 the New York World's Fair opened in New York; that was 60 years ago! The 1964-65 Fair showcased Technology, Culture and Foreign Pavilions. Among the most visited international exhibits were Japan, Taiwan and Belgium.
Pictured here is the Unisphere which still stands as a memory of the Fair and the Golden Haze of History

North American Solar Eclipse
The Eclipse of the Sun arched over Mexico, the United States and Canada. Amazing sight but in New York City the Eclipse was
not total. The New York Post newspaper offers its view of this rare astronomical event!!!
